Contract Management Specialist

Contracts Administrator Manager (Temp-to-Hire) $34–$37/hour LHH is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support contract management, risk review, and legal operations for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can independently review contracts, identify risk issues, and help streamline contract processes in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. Schedule & Location Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hybrid schedule available after training (up to 3 remote days per week following 30 days of onsite onboarding ) Key Responsibilities Manage the contract review and approval process from intake through execution. Review and analyze contracts, identifying potential risks and escalating issues as needed. Assist with a variety of agreements, including vendor, purchasing, affiliation, SaaS, and revenue-generating contracts. Coordinate risk management activities, including insurance documentation and certificates of insurance. Organize and maintain contract records and legal documentation. Support the implementation of a contract management system (CMS). Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel as needed. Assist with legal and administrative projects related to compliance and operational risk management. Qualifications Experience reviewing and managing contracts is required. Background as a Contracts Administrator, Contract Specialist, Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Junior Contracts Manager preferred. Ability to read, interpret, and identify risk within contracts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. Experience in a corporate, higher education, government, healthcare, or other business environment preferred over traditional law firm experience. Experience with contract management systems, particularly Agiloft , is a plus but not required. Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or related education preferred (JD not required).
