You create a supportive, emotionally attentive environment for the kids.Flexible: You adapt easily to the family's changing needs, whether it's adjusting your schedule or stepping in when the unexpected arises.Team-Oriented: You work well alongside our full-time nanny and other household team members, always maintaining a collaborative, positive attitude.Spanish-Speaking: Fluency in Spanish is preferred to align with our children's language immersion at school.Key Responsibilities:Household Management & Organization:Organize and maintain household systems (closets, pantry, toys)Tidy and reset rooms daily, ensuring overall neatness and preparing for weekly cleaning services.Load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high traffic areasOversee seasonal clothing swaps and donation coordinationSupervise or coordinate with service providers (e.g., handymen, cleaners)Manage family calendars, appointments, and school activitiesSupport packing/unpacking for tripsKeep the home ready for family events, holidays, and guest staysMeal Planning & Preparation:Plan and prepare fresh, healthy meals for lunch and dinner 3-4 times per week, focusing on balanced, protein-forward dishes with fresh vegetables, whole grains, and flavorful spicesPack school lunches and manage meal prep for the weekEnsure meals adhere to family preferences and dietary needs; flavorful mealsShop for groceries and meal-related items, restock pantry, and maintain a clean kitchenClean kitchen post-prep and manage kitchen tidinessFamily Support & Child Assistance:Provide backup childcare for school pickups, after-school care, and emergency coverage when neededAssist with transporting the children to extracurricular activities as their schedules evolveHelp with weekend childcare support when Nanny is unavailableAssist with bookbagsInventory Management & Errands:Create and manage running household supply listsRun household errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, returns and gift shoppingManage package pickups, mail sorting, and deliveriesHandle household supply inventory and ensure items are replenished regularly (e.g., toiletries, cleaning supplies)Laundry & Linen Care:Wash, dry, fold, and organize family laundry (e.g., clothing, bedding, towels)Iron, steam, and prepare outfits as needed, drycleaning weekly pick-up;Manage linens: rotate bedding, refresh towels, restock essentialsKeep laundry areas tidy and well-stocked with suppliesDeep Cleaning & Special Projects:Manage home organization projects (e.g., pantry, toy storage, etc.)Assist with photo organization (family photos, creating gallery walls, and organizing digital photos)Oversee household deep cleaning projects as needed, refrigerator & ovenVehicle Management:Schedule and oversee maintenance, oil changes, and inspectionsEnsure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and organizedTrack registration, insurance and service schedulesAdministrative & Personal Assistant Support:Help with travel planning, research, scheduling and logisticsAssist with coordination of events, appointments, and guest prepHow to Apply:If you're interested, we encourage you to apply!
