In this role, you will partner closely with management to handle scheduling, streamline attendance and payroll processes, and support cross-functional projects across our office, sales, and R&D departments. What You’ll Do Time & Attendance: Manage timesheets, track paid time off (PSL), monitor break logs, and update daily attendance records. Office Coordination: Answer phones, direct inquiries, manage meeting schedules (room reservations and materials), and maintain filing systems. Reporting & KPIs: Compile and create KPI performance reports using Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and manage tasks via Basecamp. Project & Sample Support: Assist the sales and R&D teams by building product samples, assembling vendor kits, and managing sample distribution. Daily Logistics: Distribute supplies, deliver documents to building managers, and provide excellent internal customer service. What You Need Age & Experience: Must be 21+ years old with at least 1 year of administrative experience. Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Tech Skills: Advanced computer skills, specifically a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and a valid Washington State Food Worker Card.
