Recruiter

We are for an Recruiter to sit onsite 5 days a week in Dallas, TX. Listed below are the tasks you will be completing.

Sourcing and screening candidates for various Service, Construction, and professional service positions
Coordinating interviews and hiring processes with hiring managers
Negotiating offers and closing candidates
Maintaining candidate databases and tracking metrics
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates

Required Skills & Experience

2 years of full cycle recruiting with a bachelors degree or 4 years of full cycle recruiting with no degree
Ability to handle high-volume requisition load(same skillsets in bulk) and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using Workday


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proficient in using Workday
Oil and gas or energy industry experience
