Payroll Processing SpecialistWe are a fast growing PEO (HR) company seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist who has good payroll experience and is looking to take the next step. We are looking for a detail oriented individual who thrives on assisting our clients with their payroll needs. This individual must be a leader and willing to set the stage and give direction. They will also be able to work well with others, be a self-starter, and continue to grow. This is a full-time position and benefits will be available as well.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Specialist to join one of Utah's leading Payroll Processing companies. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll for multiple locations across the country, including handling commissions, and ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, addressing any concerns employees may have about their paystubs and deductions.Duties and Responsibilities:Process payroll for multiple companies and employeesWork quickly and efficiently in a payroll programCommunicating with clients with regards to their payroll via email or over the phoneUnderstand and Manage payroll taxes and employee benefit deductionsUnderstand and manage the ACH processes.Able to lead and give directionAble to review processes and minimize mistakesAble to meet deadlines and respond timely to clients and employees.QualificationsMust have at least 2 years of payroll experienceHigh School graduate or equivalentCPP - Certified Payroll ProfessionalAble to manage work flow efficiently to meet client's needsMust be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writingMust have excellent phone skills and phone etiquetteAbility to learn new programs quickly and able to take direction wellAbility to work well with othersA self-starterSpanish speaking is a plus but not requiredAdditional InformationPlease see our company Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceTrucordia is an equal opportunity employer.
