2025 Associate Banker Emerging Talent Summer Experience Internship – JPMorgan Chase, Los Angeles, CA. Become an integral part of the JPMorgan Chase team. Each day is unique and offers exposure to many aspects of running a banking office. As an Associate Banker Intern you will represent the brand, provide outstanding service to clients, and cultivate enduring relationships while directing customers to licensed bankers. The internship is a 3-month fixed-term on-the-job experience designed to develop customer service, relationship management, and banking operations skills. The schedule is part-time with rotating shifts and may include one weekend day. Job Responsibilities Engage clients as they enter the branch, welcoming them, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue and scheduling or canceling meetings. Assist clients with everyday transactions such as reordering a debit card, setting up direct deposit, or updating addresses while maintaining control standards. Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements. Educate clients on technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Help with new account openings when needed. Partner with team members and other lines of business to offer the most appropriate products and tools to help clients meet their financial goals. Showcase the portfolio of "One Chase" products to clients and potential clients. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Applicants must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work up to 30 hours a week. Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment. Professional, thorough, and organized with follow-up skills. Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and time management. Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
