Our top recruiters make a high volume of daily calls, engage candidates quickly, and convert conversations into hires.What's in it for you:Competitive pay with benefits including medical, dental, paid time off, and 401(k) matchingOpportunity to work closely with the top companies in CPG and retailComprehensive training provided by PremiumCollaborative team environment that values results, innovation, and integrityResponsibilities:Conduct a high volume of daily outreach - 50-100 calls per day - to active and passive candidates.Drive fast response times to new applicants—speed is critical to successConduct efficient candidate conversations to assess fit and move candidates forwardManage a high-volume requisition load across multiple locations and markets while maintaining strong attention to detailGuide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to offer acceptanceTrack activity, outcomes, and progress against daily and weekly goalsGenerate candidate flow through job boards, database mining, referrals, and outbound sourcingComplete behavioral-based phone screens and quickly assess candidate fitMaintain consistent pipeline movement from application to offerPartner closely with hiring managers to meet weekly hiring targetsTrack and manage recruiting activity, including call volume, submissions, interviews, and hiresMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATSEnsure a positive, efficient candidate experience while moving at speedHow will you succeed:Make a high number of outbound calls and maximize daily candidate conversationsBe extremely responsive—often contacting applicants within minutesBring strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every step of the processMaintain high productivity and consistently hit weekly/monthly activity and hiring targetsStay organized while managing multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneouslyQualifications:1 year experience as a recruiter in a high volume frontline hiring environment2 years experience working with an enterprise-level ATSExcellent communications skills (both verbally and written)Strong attention to detail and timely with applicant updatesWorking knowledge of Excel, Word and OutlookGeneral understanding of employment law, compliance requirements, and hiring best practicesAbout Us:Premium Retail Services is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry's most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
