Pre-Op / Post-Op Dental Assistant - Sedation Center

Description As an Treatment Coordinator , you will play a vital role in ensuring children have lifetime of beautiful smiles! If you have a heart for children, and enjoy working with a fun team of like-minded professionals dedicated to quality care, we would love to meet with you! Our ideal Treatment Coordinator has both front office and clinical dental assisting experience

- Ability to present financial treatment plans to patients
- Working knowledge and experience with dental insurance
- Back office dental experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, take direction and be a flexible team player

- Prepare patients for sedation procedures, including taking vitals, reviewing medical history, and ensuring consent forms are complete
- Assist the clinical team during patient intake and recovery
- Monitor patients post-operatively, including vital signs and overall condition
- Provide clear post-op instructions to patients and caregivers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
- Support sterilization and operatory turnover as needed
