Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and lead the team in their absence Convey and uphold Wingstop’s culture and mission to serve the world flavor Delegate tasks and manage shift activities, including opening and closing duties Resolve customer issues and assist team members with troubleshooting Document and report operational matters to upper management Essential Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Exceptional organization and time management Customer service focused with a genuine desire to serve Comfortable using workplace technology such as registers and scheduling software Understanding of health and safety regulations Requirements Calm and tactful demeanor in difficult situations Ability to manage multiple projects with urgency and follow-through Experience in business planning and operational management to improve profitability Consultative coaching approach with strong persuasion and negotiation skills Composure in adverse or confrontational situations with sound decision-making Ongoing learner with a passion for self-improvement Regular and predictable attendance Must be 18 years or older Location: Bloomfield 487 Bloomfield Ave, Newark, NJ 07107, USA We’re not in the wing business.
