What You'll Do

• Support rehabilitation interventions including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Assist patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as directed
• Provide counseling and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Communicate regularly with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding patient outcomes
• Ensure all regulatory documentation and patient records are accurately maintained
• Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and training sessions
• Support the procurement of necessary DME or supplies in collaboration with your supervising PT
• Support and supervise students under the guidance of a Physical Therapist

What You Need

Required:

• Active State Licensure for Physical Therapist Assistants
• Experience supporting rehabilitative care in a clinical setting
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

Preferred:

• Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings
