Project Manager

Our client, an industry leader in electrification solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction and Field Operations supporting project execution teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Plan and coordinate site engineering activities to ensure alignment with project requirements, compliance, and quality standards.

• Serve as the primary onsite technical leader and field representative, conducting inspections to verify installation, assembly, and commissioning work meet engineering drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.

• Facilitate issue resolution and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.

• Lead field documentation efforts, managing punch lists, safety walkdowns, and pre-task plan verifications, including LOTO and PPE compliance.

• Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to leadership and customers, acting as the onsite point-of-contact.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of construction or field experience, preferably with electrical systems background.

• Completion of 2 years of trade school, college, or equivalent journeyman experience.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, specifications, and one-line diagrams.

• Working knowledge of ATS, UPS, switchgear systems, and exposure to commissioning and EPMS/SCADA concepts.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
