Network Engineer

Deployment Network EngineerThe Deployment Network Engineer will join the Infrastructure Managed Services team to support network design, data center routing/switching, and large-scale SD-WAN deployments. This role is focused on driving modern network infrastructure initiatives, specifically leading template-based configuration and controller integration. The position operates on a hybrid schedule out of the Houston, TX office.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Deploy and configure Versa SD-WAN solutions across enterprise environments using Versa Director, Versa Analytics, and template-based deployments.Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching protocols (L2/L3) and data center platforms including Cisco Nexus and Juniper hardware.Work with alternative SD-WAN and data center architecture technologies such as Cisco ACI, VeloCloud, or Fortinet SD-WAN as needed.Implement network designs, manage SD-WAN controllers, and ensure seamless data center interconnectivity.Collaborate with local and remote engineering teams to execute scheduled network deployments within project timelines.Perform network analysis, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting for enterprise network infrastructures.Required skills include:Versa SD-WAN deployment experience (4+ years)Overall Enterprise Network Engineering experience (6+ years)Cisco Routing and Switching L2/L3 & Data Center (Nexus/Juniper) (6+ years)SD-WAN Controllers, Versa Director, & Versa Analytics (4+ years)Additional desired skills include:Cisco ACI experienceVMware VeloCloud SD-WANFortinet SD-WANPrior industry-specific managed services experienceAbout Us: InterSources Inc, a Certified Diverse Supplier, was founded in 2007 and offers innovative solutions to help clients with Digital Transformations across various domains and industries.
