Customer Service Manager

Overview We are seeking a driven and customer-focused leader to manage our customer service and retail teams. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring exceptional service and an inviting showroom experience for our customers. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the customer service and showroom team to deliver exceptional service and sales results. Oversee daily operations, including customer interactions, issue resolution, and service scheduling. Manage showroom layout, visual merchandising, and inventory to maximize appeal and drive sales. Develop and implement service standards, retail best practices, and team training programs. Track and analyze service metrics and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support front-line operations as needed, including payments, product demonstrations, and phone inquiries. Qualifications Combined customer service and retail showroom experience, including several years in a supervisory role. Proven ability to drive sales through merchandising, upselling, and customer engagement. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
