Senior Account Manager – Industrial Services Sales | $110K–$150K + Uncapped Commission

IVTS USA provides patented industrial vacuum and conveyance services to refineries, petrochemical plants, and related industries along the Gulf Coast. Our E-Series, M-Series, and P-Series systems help plants move material faster, safer, and cleaner during turnarounds and routine maintenance.

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who already knows the Gulf Coast plant community and can open doors. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, driven to hit goals, and able to build long-term relationships with plant turnaround, maintenance, and operations teams. You'll bring ideas to grow the IVTS brand, understand what each site needs, and turn that into new and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site at customer plants weekly, building face-to-face relationships with turnaround, maintenance, and operations teams
• Grow and manage key refinery and petrochemical accounts, developing new business and expanding work at existing sites
• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients and keep relationships strong before, during, and after jobs
• Work with turnaround planners, maintenance managers, and procurement to position IVTS services early in the planning cycle
• Coordinate with our operations team to make sure jobs are scoped, staffed, and delivered to the customer's expectations
• Manage multiple accounts and bids at once while interfacing with internal teams and outside contractors
• Track pipeline and sales performance and report on results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of proven success in industrial services sales or account management
• Established contacts at Gulf Coast refineries, petrochemical plants, or LNG facilities
• Experience selling vacuum services, industrial cleaning, catalyst handling, or similar plant services is a strong plus
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and pipeline management
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in plant environments; TWIC card and plant safety training a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience and industry connections
• Uncapped commission, with structure negotiated at hire
