Server: Sixty Vines Nashville is seeking energetic, hospitality-driven servers to join our team. Our Servers play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service. BENEFITS: 5 DAYS OF PTO (after 1 year and minimum avg. hours worked requirements are met) INSURANCE AFTER 60 DAYS: Minimum average hours requirement must be met WSET / SOMMELIER CERTIFICATION FREE ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding hospitality to every guest from greeting to farewell Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, wine offerings, and daily features Guide guests through food and wine selections with confidence and enthusiasm Ensure accuracy when entering orders and delivering food and beverages Maintain a clean, organized section and follow all service standards Work collaboratively with team members to create a smooth and efficient service Uphold the culture and values of Sixty Vines through professionalism, positivity, and teamwork Handle guest requests and resolve issues with care and urgency All restaurant servers should have complete knowledge of the food and bar menu, as well as a complete understanding of host support staff procedures. Qualifications: Previous serving experience- preferred Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Weekend availability required, including Sunday availability We participate in the E-Verify program.
