Physical Therapist

(skilled nursing facility) located in Mapplewood, Minnesota that is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their team on a full-time basis. As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a positive impact on their lives. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase strength and flexibility Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment, to help patients achieve their treatment goals Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate with insurance companies as needed Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of physical therapy Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a SNF or similar environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Ability to create and implement effective treatment plans and adapt them as needed Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of physical therapy Willingness to work with a diverse patient population and provide compassionate care to individuals of all backgrounds Contract Details: Full-time position, with the potential for flexible scheduling Competitive hourly rate of up to $50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off Continuing education opportunities and support for professional development Collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on patient-centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Healthcare Talent Services
