Playwright + TypeScript + UI/API Automation + CI/CD + Git
Important: Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Plano, TX 5 days/week.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level or Senior SDET with strong experience in Playwright and TypeScript .
The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining automated tests for UI and APIs, improving test coverage, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright + TypeScript
- Automate UI and API tests
- Create reusable automation components using Page Object Model, fixtures, and utilities
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
- Work with Developers, QA, and Product teams on testing requirements
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report defects
- Improve test stability and reduce flaky tests
- Maintain regression and functional test suites
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright + TypeScript
- Experience with UI and API automation testing
- Knowledge of Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Integration Testing
- Experience with Git
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI
- Ability to write clean and maintainable automation code
- API testing using Playwright API, REST, Postman, or Pact
- Test reporting tools such as Allure or Playwright HTML Reporter
- Basic performance testing with k6 or JMeter
- Docker or Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Accessibility or Visual Testing experience
