CHM Industries and CHM Lighting are vertically integrated manufacturers located in the greater Fort Worth region of Texas. CHM Industries manufactures steel monopoles and transmission structures in an engineer-to-order environment, while CHM Lighting provides superior lighting and electrical infrastructure solutions designed to deliver predictable, honest results while reducing energy consumption and providing a world-class lighting experience. Our products include steel towers, monopoles, transmission structures, electrical distribution systems, LED luminaires, high-mast lowering devices, and wireless controls. Together, our vertically integrated manufacturing capabilities provide customers with a complete solution—from an anchor bolt to LED. As CHM Industries continues to build out and mature its NetSuite ERP environment, we are bringing NetSuite administration and development in-house rather than relying solely on outside consultants for routine customization and support. Key Responsibilities Configuration & Customization Design, build, and maintain custom records, fields, forms, and transaction types to fit CHM's manufacturing and billing model Build and maintain SuiteFlow workflows to automate approvals, order-to-cash steps, procurement, and manufacturing processes Configure roles, permissions, and access controls to enforce segregation of duties and data security Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain saved searches, custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards for finance, operations, and leadership Build reporting that supports engineer-to-order realities: partial fulfillment tracking, over/under billing, project costing, and margin analysis Support month-end close and financial reporting needs with accurate, timely data Development & Integration Write, test, and deploy SuiteScript (client, user event, scheduled, Suitelet, map/reduce) to extend native functionality Evaluate, install, and configure SuiteApps and third-party bundles; assess build-vs-buy decisions Manage integrations between NetSuite and other systems (e.g., barcode/scanning for material control, engineering, CAD/BOM, shipping, banking) Manufacturing & Operations Support Support BOM structures, item configuration, inventory control, and costing methodology, including handling of volatile steel pricing Support barcode-based material control processes between the plate yard, cutting, and production Partner with operations to keep inventory, work orders, and fulfillment accurate Administration & Support Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite issues, enhancement requests, and user questions Manage sandbox testing, release management, and NetSuite version upgrades Provide user training and documentation; maintain a backlog of enhancements Monitor data integrity and run periodic clean-up and reconciliation Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience Proven ability to build saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards independently Experience designing and deploying SuiteFlow workflows Working knowledge of SuiteScript (2.x) and the ability to read, modify, and write scripts Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules: order management, procurement, inventory, and financials Ability to gather requirements from non-technical users and translate them into system solutions Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without external consultants Excellent communication skills and comfort partnering across finance, operations, and the shop floor Preferred Qualifications NetSuite Administrator and/or SuiteFoundation certification Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally engineer-to-order, make-to-order, or project-based Experience with NetSuite Advanced Manufacturing, WIP & Routings, or project/job costing Experience with revenue recognition, percentage-of-completion, or milestone billing Experience with barcode/RFID inventory or shop-floor data collection Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteCloud development tools Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems via REST/SOAP web services or middleware What Success Looks Like Within the first year, this person will have reduced or eliminated CHM's reliance on outside NetSuite consultants for routine and moderately complex work, delivered a steady stream of workflow and reporting improvements, and become the trusted internal owner of the platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr CHM Industries, Inc.
