Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Just Outside Jacksonville, FL - 30 minutes to the beach!

What You Can Expect:

• Monday–Friday Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no weekends

• Low Patient Volume: See just 12-15 patients per day, allowing for deeper patient relationships and meaningful care

• Supportive, Team-Based Environment: Work alongside experienced NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, and lab services — with built-in specialist referral support

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
• Valid FL license
