Overview West Nashville KidStrong center is growing quickly, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated professionals who are passionate about working with kids and families. KidStrong is a kids training program focused on building kids’ brains, bodies, and character from walking age through 11 years old. Our science-based curriculum is parent-focused and delivered by certified professional coaches. We help parents raise strong, confident, high character kids who are prepared to win at life. Open Role KidStrong Coach We are looking for energetic and passionate coaches with a background in athletics, coaching, pediatric OT/PT, or early childhood development. Schedule Weekday classes: mid-mornings and evenings until 7 PM Weekend classes: 8 AM – lunchtime Flexible scheduling based on studio needs Additional hours available through private classes Qualifications Experience coaching or teaching children in the KidStrong age range (15 months–11 years) Comfortable communicating with parents and explaining curriculum Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics CPR certified (or willing to get certified) Strong interpersonal and motivational skills Positive attitude, team-oriented, and reliable self-starter Compensation $20.00 – $25.00 per hour What We’re Looking For in Our People Excited to work with great teammates Looking for personal and professional growth Passionate about making an impact on kids and families Job Type Part-time Benefits Competitive salary Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Employee discount On-the-job training Paid training Professional development assistance Application Question(s) This is a part-time position. How many hours per week do you request? Why do you feel you would make a great KidStrong coach? KidStrong coaches are needed to work during these class times: Monday 4-7pm; Tue 3-6:30pm; Weds 3-7:15pm; Thurs 3-6:30pm; Fri 4-6pm; Sat 9:00–1:30pm; Sun 9:00–1:30pm. Do these hours fit your availability? If so, please share which days you can work. This role starts in January. We’ll have two training days the first week of January (you only need to attend one), and then mandatory certification on January 12–14. Will that work with your schedule?
