Job Title: Member Service Specialist I Company: Disney Location: Nashville, USA Salary: $20-30/Hour Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (or GED) Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from members regarding account inquiries and new product requests. Provide consultative sales to offer additional products and services. Use multiple computer applications to view account data, perform transactions, and record adjustments. Maintain a knowledgeable and professional approach in every member interaction. Achieve and adhere to all contact center performance standards, metrics, and goals. Respond promptly to member requests and comply with established credit union policies and processes. Working Hours Hybrid schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00am–10:00pm EST and Saturdays 8:00am–5:00pm EST. Full‑time candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week, including both on‑site time in Orlando, FL, and remote work. Qualifications Experience working in a hybrid schedule. Proficient typing and simultaneous verbal communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot common computer and tool issues on widely used operating systems and browsers. Comfortable with new and emerging technologies. Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication, including phone etiquette. Teamwork abilities. Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Conflict resolution abilities. Adaptability and flexibility. Time‑management skills. Ability to use multiple related software applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook). Knowledge of mobile and online banking systems and features. Desired Experience Experience in financial services, banking, or credit union. Experience in consulting or sales.
