Mechanical Assembly Technician

Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Assemble custom mechanical systems and automation equipment from the ground up
• Install motors, actuators, sensors, and machined components
• Build and connect pneumatic systems (valves, tubing, actuators)
• Perform wire routing and cable management for clean, high-quality builds
• Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and drawings
• Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure accuracy
• Support troubleshooting, testing, and final equipment adjustments
• Assist with equipment installation when needed

• At least 3 years of experience in precision mechanical assembly of industrial or automated equipment
• At least 3 years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings
• At least 3 years of experience working with pneumatics, actuators, and mechanical systems

• Manual machining (mill and lathe)
• Custom machine builds or automation equipment
• Equipment installation or field support
• Debugging and startup of machinery

This is a hands-on shop environment focused on building custom equipment . Projects vary in complexity, so flexibility, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship are key to success.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
