Business Deposit & Treasury Operations Support Specialist 6-Month Contract Assignment | $25.00/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment? We're looking for a Business Deposit and Treasury Operations Support Specialist to join our team on a 6-month assignment covering a leave of absence, starting August 31, 2026. In this role, you'll provide vital administrative support to our Business Deposit and Treasury Operations team - reviewing and approving files, tracking and delegating tasks, maintaining accurate business account records, and serving as a helpful point of contact for partners and members with questions about their business accounts and treasury products. What You'll Do Review and approve business account files with accuracy and attention to detail Delegate and track tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Maintain organized, up-to-date business account records Respond to partner and member inquiries via phone and email on service-related items for business accounts and treasury products Collaborate closely with managers and team members to ensure all requests are completed accurately, on time, and in line with department procedures What You'll Need Proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Nice to Have Business or commercial banking experience Customer service background Strong data entry accuracy Familiarity with digital banking platforms Relevant certification or education The Details Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Pay: $25.00/hour Start Date: August 31, 2026 Duration: 6-month assignment If you're looking for a meaningful short-term opportunity where your organizational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
