EV Service Advisor — Elevate Customer Experience

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor in Scottsdale, AZ to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the service lifecycle. You will greet clients, consult with technicians, document concerns, and explain options including time and cost estimates. You will track repairs and ensure high-quality work before handover. You will manage loaner agreements, coordinate rentals, and handle invoices while maintaining CSI standards and strong communication with customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lucid Motors
