Location: Fort Worth, TX 76106 Pay Rate: $16.70 per hour (Resume Required) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. This position is responsible for assembling refrigeration units and installing various mechanical and refrigeration components while following engineering specifications, work orders, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical aptitude, experience using hand tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble refrigeration units and components according to work orders and blueprints. Read job travelers and engineering drawings to determine build requirements. Use hand tools, power tools, drills, and measuring devices to complete assemblies. Measure, cut, bend, crimp, solder, and install wiring and refrigeration components. Assemble hinges, brackets, gaskets, doors, and other unit components. Operate spot-welding and punch machines as required. Install mounting brackets, refrigeration components, and hardware. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Clean completed units and prepare them for shipping. Assist with crating and packaging finished products when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must be able to read and speak English. Basic mechanical aptitude required. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and reading a tape measure. Ability to read work orders, blueprints, and assembly diagrams. Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration assembly experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Work Environment Manufacturing environment with seasonal temperature changes. Standing and walking throughout the shift on concrete floors. Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements. Lift up to 35 lbs. independently and heavier items with assistance. Push and pull up to 100 lbs. Moderate to loud production environment.
