Job Description As a Caregiver within the CareBenefits team, you will care for children of multiple families in your area. Your responsibilities include providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment; conducting introductory calls with each family; caring for children in their homes, typically an 8‑hour day; following the schedule and rules set by parents; and performing related household duties such as cleaning up after meals, doing dishes, and cleaning after activities. The base range represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range. Actual compensation may vary and may be above or below the range based on location, experience, and performance.
