Account Manager: Fast-Track Sales Career
WCM White Cap Management LLC
White Cap is hiring an Account Manager – Accelerated Sales Program to fast-track a career in outside sales. You will train across the White Cap business model, learn products, vendors, and selling skills, and develop account plans with guidance from sales leaders.
The role emphasizes high ownership, proactive learning, and the ability to ride with managers to gain field experience. Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
