Qualifications and Experience:

• Recent experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or in a similar classroom support position

• Flexibility in assisting educators with instructional tasks or adapting to different classroom needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or relevant certifications a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with instructional activities, classroom management, and lesson preparation
• Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce learning objectives and provide encouragement
• Help implement learning strategies for diverse student needs, including special education plans when applicable
• Monitor student conduct and encourage positive behavior and participation
• Assist with documentation, organization of classroom materials, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment
