Autismness ABA is looking to add to our Roswell Clinic Team! We all know that most BCBA job listings are looking the same these days. Here is some clear and upfront information to make this one different: A caseload of 6 to 10 active clients. Sized so you can run quality assessments, write plans you’re proud of, and give your RBTs real supervision. Two full time Operations Managers handle day to day logistics and staffing. Scheduling and coverage triage stay off your plate. A full time Staff Development Coordinator owns ongoing RBT training. Technicians arrive on your cases fully trained. Clinician operated, clinician led. BCBAs get real autonomy to design cases the way they see fit, with support there when they want it. Room to follow your own research interests. If there’s a clinical area you want to go deeper on, we support that pursuit. One covered conference per year for every BCBA, plus recertification cost reimbursement. Clear, established processes for funding client materials when your treatment plan calls for them. In house crisis prevention training, delivered by two Marcus Crisis Prevention Program Trainers on our team. Clinical leadership with doctoral rigor. Oversight comes from a doctoral candidate in Applied Behavior Analysis working under a nationally recognized researcher in lifespan services for profoundly autistic individuals. A path toward leadership. Our Student Analyst program gives clinicians the chance to mentor the next generation while still developing under our leadership themselves. Performance reviews grounded in OBM principles. Data, feedback, and a real improvement plan. Operational systems already in place, including fading and discharge planning policy, medication administration policy, and clinical tracking tools. We deliver individualized ABA services designed to build skills, reduce challenging behavior, and improve quality of life, working closely with families to keep support consistent across home, school, and community. What you’ll do Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design and oversee behavior intervention programs grounded in ABA Supervise and train behavior technicians, including direct modeling of intervention strategies Collect, analyze, and act on data to keep treatment plans current Coach and educate parents and caregivers as active partners in treatment Maintain documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards Participate in team meetings, clinical development, and ongoing training Compensation and structure $90,000 to $115,000 based on experience and skillset Caseload of 6 to 10 active clients (25-28 weekly billable hours) Full time, on site at our Roswell clinic with autonomy over your own schedule Conference attendance and recertification costs covered annuallyMedical benefits are offered through Cigna with options for vision and dental coverage through Humana. 401(k) matching at 3%. 15 PTO Days per year and offer the following paid holidays.
