Starflex is hiring an experienced CNC laser operator to strengthen our fabrication team. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and care deeply about accuracy, safety, and throughput, this is the place to apply your skills.
What you’ll do- Prepare, set up, and operate CNC laser cutting equipment for production
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Load/unload materials and parts safely and efficiently
- Verify part quality, dimensions, and finishes
- Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain steady production flow and meet daily targets
- Coordinate closely with production and quality teams
- Proven experience running CNC laser equipment (required)
- Amada experience preferred; other laser platforms strongly encouraged to apply
- Blueprint literacy and proficiency with calipers/micrometers
- Detail-driven, quality-focused mindset
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Forklift experience is a plus
- 2D drawings
