Employment Type: Contract Assignment Duration: May 4, 2026 through November 6, 2026 Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and highly skilled Technical Sourcer to support complex, highly technical hiring initiatives within advanced engineering environments. This role focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier talent across hardware and system-level development teams, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to shape sourcing strategy and drive hiring outcomes. This is not a plug-and-play sourcing role. You'll be owning talent mapping, building pipelines for niche and hard-to-find skill sets, and engaging highly sought-after passive candidates in a competitive market. What You'll Do Own sourcing strategy and execution for complex engineering roles across hardware and system-level teams Define target profiles and build high-quality pipelines aligned to hiring priorities Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intelligence Identify and engage passive candidates across highly specialized technical domains Craft personalized outreach that resonates with experienced, in-demand talent Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate searches and refine strategy in real time Provide ongoing market insights, including talent availability, competitor activity, and hiring trends Help strengthen employer brand presence through thoughtful and strategic candidate engagement What We're Looking For 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, including at least 2 years supporting highly technical or engineering roles Proven experience sourcing for complex, niche skill sets in competitive markets Strong track record engaging passive, highly specialized talent Advanced expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools Ability to influence and effectively position opportunities to senior‑level talent Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Eastridge Workforce Solutions offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
