Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 11 years of IT experience in Customer Communications Management (CCM) Domain with HP Exstream/Documaker/DOC1 expertise. Perform as a technical subject matter expert for CCCM products preferably in Insurance domain.Good understanding of technology from the perspective of product implementation, systems integration and data migration. Expertise in requirement analysis and management, SDLC lifecycle knowledge, Change management, Product management including version, configuration management, etc…At least 9 years of experience in CCM products configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deploymentAt least 8 years of experience in Hp Exstream/DOC1/CSF Designer/any CCM product in a mainframe environment – designing batch applications, post composition processes and print environmentAt least 4 years of experience in problem definition, Architecture, Design and Implementation in a client facing role for US based Insurers.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.Additional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
