- Night shifts: 7 pm 7 am; 12 shifts per month for an optimal work-life balance
- Dedicated Hospitalist Admitter works 11 am 9 pm, reducing admission load at shift start
- Sign out directly to daytime rounders at 7 am with no rounding responsibilities
- Manageable census of 5 10 admissions and consults per evening
- No procedures required; focus on admissions, cross-coverage, and rapid responses
- Currently on Meditech EMR with upcoming upgrade to Epic
- Competitive compensation with sign-on and retention bonus; employed position
- Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome; DEA required
