Support Commercial And Planning ApplicationsSupport existing Commercial & Planning Applications, including SOI, EOR, Queue, Legacy Order Entry. These applications are business critical as they are all related to Order Fulfillment. THIS POSITION IS REQUIRED TO BE ONSITEResponsibilities:Develop, support, modify, test & implement various web and windows project and change requests. Individual needs to be an expert in the technology in order to complete the programming work quickly and cost effectively. Experience in the entire SDLC will be required as they will be working directly with business departments for requirements gathering and will create their own functional and technical specs and then continue on to the development, testing, implementation, and support. Daily activities will include being assigned maintenance change requests, working with the business areas to further refine the specifications for the request, creation of functional & technical specs, testing (unit and business approval), implementing, and supporting the changes. There is a possibility to do new development/project work as well. They will design and implement a Microsoft Dev Ops solution in the web and windows area.Minimum Requirements:Extensive experience in the Microsoft Development stack: ASP.net, ASP.net Core, ASP.net Core Identity Security, MVC, SQL, C#, Bootstrap, Entity Framework, LINQ, JQuery, MS Visual Studio, JS, AJAX, TFS.Excellent SQL Server skills including experience with SQL Server 2012, 2016 and 2019.Deep understanding of T-SQL, complex Joins, Stored Procedures, and Triggers.Deep understanding of the fundamental technologies of the web: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.Understanding of common Object-Oriented programming concepts.Experience and understanding of the full SDLC including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and working with stakeholders to test and implement the solutions you build.Experience working on large enterprise applications.Ability to work independentlyParticipation in at least two enterprise development projectsOffice 365 Microsoft toolsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience designing and implementing Dev Ops in a production environment (at least 1 significant project).Preferred Requirements:SSAS, Bootstrap, Classic ASP, VB6Two years or more project lead experience or direct business contact.Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services and Microsoft Power BI.Microsoft Certified Professional with 8+ years of web/windows development experienceManufacturing or Steel experienceUnderstanding of SAP S/4 HANA (1709 or higher)Education Requirements:Relevant 4 year degree or equivalent experience
