We are seeking a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) to join the hospital laboratory team. The role focuses on laboratory testing, specimen processing, quality control, and accurate reporting, with a strong emphasis on Blood Bank experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory testing.
• Process specimens and report/verify test results.
• Perform Blood Bank testing and related procedures.
• Monitor quality control and investigate unexpected results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and records.
• Support laboratory training and performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related science , or qualifying CLIA experience.
• ASCP, CLS (NCA), or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Blood Bank experience in an acute-care hospital laboratory .
• Strong laboratory, documentation, and quality-control skills.
