Join a leading acute care hospital as a Medical Technologist specializing in Blood Bank. Perform high-complexity laboratory testing while working with advanced technology in a collaborative hospital environment.

Pay

• $29.00 – $41.00 per hour (Based on experience)
• $5,000 Relocation Assistance
• Shift Differentials:
• • Evening: +$2/hour
  • Night: +$3/hour
  • Weekend: +$3/hour

Shift

• Full-Time Nights
• Rotating Weekends
• Weekend-only schedule available (Thursday–Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform waived, moderate, and high-complexity laboratory testing.
• Process blood and body fluid specimens.
• Perform Blood Bank testing and quality control procedures.
• Verify and report laboratory results.
• Troubleshoot equipment and investigate abnormal test results.
• Maintain laboratory inventory and equipment.
• Train and assist laboratory staff and students.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA and laboratory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science.
• ASCP, CLS (NCA), or equivalent certification required.
• 1+ year of recent Blood Bank experience in an acute care hospital laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and quality assurance.
