Business Systems Analyst - Remote / Telecommute

Job Title
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
- Experience with analyzing cross functional requirements.
- Understanding of Call Center IVR and Agentic AI based applications.
- Experience translating high level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture.
- Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Understanding of Agentic AI Evals.
- Experience with healthcare service applications and business processes is preferred.
- Understanding of Voice and Chat AI Agents is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for AI-driven solutions.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed techno-functional specifications.
- Collaborate on solutioning for Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives.
- Analyze cross-functional requirements to ensure alignment with solution architecture.
Nice To Have:
- Experience with healthcare service applications.
- Understanding of Voice / Chat AI Agents.
