This role manages the complete move lifecycle—from initial planning and coordination through post-move follow-up—ensuring transparency in communication and accurate reconciliation of all move-related costs. You'll serve as the central point of contact for small and large office relocations, partnering with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to execute flawless transitions. This position plays a critical role in supporting JLL's commitment to exceptional workplace services and contributes directly to employee productivity and satisfaction during office changes.Please note: This is a highly data-intensive role. Success in this position requires diligent tracking, managing complex move matrices, analyzing spatial and seating data, and maintaining high database accuracy to support ongoing reporting and real-time decision-making.What your day-to-day will look like:Manage new hire onboarding information and coordinate with administrators and managers to ensure smooth transitionsConduct detailed planning sessions with admins and team managers to guide them through move logistics, blocking strategies, and relocation detailsMaintain and update the move matrix with comprehensive customer information and technical requirementsAssess cubicle conditions, order missing parts, and coordinate ergonomic adjustmentsReview and validate move lists, identifying and resolving potential issues proactivelyAnalyze furniture layouts and determine optimal locations for files, storage, and mobile workstationsDistribute move materials including boxes, labels, pin-ups, and detailed move instructionsServe as the primary liaison between internal teams and move vendors, communicating desk additions and last-minute seating changesRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate environmentStrong customer service and hospitality orientation with proven ability to build rapportExcellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactionsProficiency with information technology tools and platformsStrong analytical and organizational capabilitiesProfessional presentation skills and executive presenceComfort level conversing with client managers and senior stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:College degree (preferred but not required)Experience pulling and interpreting data for reporting and analysisBasic project management skills and methodology knowledgeProven track record in customer relations and vendor relationship managementFamiliarity with workspace planning and office move coordinationLocation: Kirkland, WashingtonWork Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (On-site position)Salary: $45,700 to $60,120 annuallyThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position: 59,400.00 – 78,160.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
