Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a luxury retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 10:00 AM - 09:00 PM Sun 10:00 AM - 09:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store associates by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security-related policies throughout the retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and/or escape concerns to management, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, stock areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor foot traffic, observe customer and employee activity, and document security-related events, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns in accordance with post instructions. Support opening and closing activities, assist with crowd and line management during busy periods, and provide a visible presence that helps promote order within the location. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
