Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at our Pleasanton, Texas location. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will enable our clients to develop new skills, build confidence, and thrive in their daily lives. Responsibilities: Implement individually designed ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure seamless service delivery Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy About the Role: Our ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
