Operations Associate/Manager - Digital Asset Exchange

Roles and Duties
Oversee technology platforms and operational workflows for our digital asset exchange, including tokenization, custody and related services.
Manage client onboarding, account opening, asset transfers, trade settlement, reporting, reconciliation, token issuance, listing evaluations, cap table management, and client support.
Collaborate in cross-functional team on new business initiatives and launches.
Conduct due diligence and handle client inquiries.
Assess and evaluate listing applications.
Ensure smooth and efficient platform operations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
Maintain operational documentation and manuals.
Work with external partners to ensure seamless integration.
Partner with technology department to resolve user issues and support product development. Perform UATs and suggest enhancements.
Collaborate with business department to enhance user experience.
Assist compliance department with regulatory reporting and internal controls.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and support overall business operations.
Be a proactive team player in a lean, international team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields.
2-8 years of experience in financial institutions, banking, brokerage, or crypto exchanges.
Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading, and capital markets is definitive advantage.
Proficient in English (written and verbal).
Flexible, hands-on, and able to multitask under pressure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preference for candidates based in Malaysia.
