Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable house cleaner to join our cleaning team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a variety of residential spaces, ensuring each home is spotless, organized, and ready for our clients to enjoy.

Responsibilities

Perform a full range of cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and polishing
Clean and detail kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Change linens, make beds, and handle light laundry as needed
Refill cleaning and household supplies
Follow checklists and company standards to ensure quality results
Communicate effectively with clients and the office team
Maintain cleaning tools and equipment properly

Requirements

2+ years of residential cleaning experience (company or private clients)
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Team player with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with eco-friendly or specialty cleaning products
Availability for occasional weekends or flexible hours
