Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Scheduler for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $65k-$75k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
The Production Scheduler plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction by converting demand forecasts into actionable production plans. This position is responsible for balancing production capacity, material availability, and shifting priorities while maintaining a strong focus on accountability, flexibility, and operational performance.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand and operational capacity.
- Collaborate with production, inventory control, purchasing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
- Monitor schedule performance and address constraints or disruptions proactively.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage work orders, timelines, and priorities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
- Communicate schedule updates, risks, and recovery plans effectively across teams.
- Identify and resolve inventory or system discrepancies.
- Analyze key performance metrics to enhance scheduling accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production scheduling or planning.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
