You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment alongside attorneys and staff who collaborate rather than compete — helping individuals, families, and business owners with estate planning, trust administration, and succession planning matters. What you’ll be doing: Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related instruments Managing estate and trust administration matters through every stage of the process Counseling clients on estate planning strategies, probate, and wealth preservation Developing long-term client relationships built on trust and clear communication Partnering with internal teams to deliver well-rounded solutions for clients What we’re looking for: 3+ years of estate planning and estate/trust administration experience Florida Bar admission required; probate and trust administration experience preferred Strong drafting, writing, and organizational skills A genuine team player who takes pride in client service What makes this a great fit: This firm is growing — but thoughtfully.
