Details Hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit May float to other med/surg and telemetry units, as well as the ED, to care for the same patient population Rotating day and night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule (days: 7:00–19:30, nights: 19:00–7:30) Shifts may vary based on operational needs of the hospital Requirements Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry (may be combined across locations) Minimum 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience required (travel experience counts toward this requirement) Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration Additional Information Two professional references required for consideration ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; a passing score on both is required Must be available to work at least every other holiday Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months at any Cleveland Clinic location; a minimum 6-month break is required before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location American Traveler Job ID #P-722380.
