If you’re an organized problem-solver who loves keeping operations running smoothly, this is the role for you! We’re looking for a CMMS Maintenance Planner to support our Maintenance Department and help keep our distribution facility in tip top shape.
You’ll be the go-to expert for scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating repairs, managing spare parts, and ensuring our CMMS data stays accurate and up to date. Sound like your kind of challenge? Read on!
Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour
Shift: 1st shift
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Keep It Running: Play a critical part in keeping our equipment and facility at peak performance.
Hands-On Coordination: Manage spare parts inventory, schedule repairs, and support the maintenance team every step of the way.
Room to Grow: Build on your planning and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with technicians, supervisors, and vendors to keep everything moving.
Coordinate, plan, and schedule all preventative and corrective maintenance within the CMMS.
Build efficient work packages (kitting) for upcoming repairs and projects.
Create and manage purchase orders for parts and services; track invoices and vendor communications.
Maintain and organize MRO spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, issuing, and cycle counting.
Keep CMMS data accurate — from assets and job plans to parts and vendor information.
Generate and analyze maintenance reports to support leadership and compliance goals.
Follow up with vendors, coordinate emergency repairs, and keep the team updated on work order progress.
2+ years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or CMMS management.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Experience working with parts inventory, purchasing, or vendor management.
Comfortable working independently and making sound decisions.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
