Solid computer technology skills are necessary for report writing and communications. The ideal candidate stays current on latest company initiatives, policies, and procedures, while continually developing advanced technical knowledge in building science. Punctuality, the ability to work independently and a strong work ethic are also required. Travel to home inspection site Inspect property in accordance to State of Nevada Licensed Home Inspector Standards Produce written digital report on or off site for same day delivery to client Qualifications And Requirements 2+ years of construction, real estate, or home repair experience required Strong understanding of building codes, laws and government regulations Degree, certification or licensed in construction field preferred Valid Nevada driver’s license Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Physically fit for climbing ladders, walking on roofs, accessing crawl spaces and attics, and standing for long periods of time Able to lift 50 lbs May be required to enter homes that contain allergens such as pets, dust, mold, or other #J-18808-Ljbffr
