Lawyer Recruiting Assistant

In this onsite role in New York, NY, you will support Lawyer Recruiting Managers across the lateral attorney hiring process, with a focus on partner recruiting. Responsibilities Assist Lawyer Recruiting Managers throughout the lateral attorney hiring process, emphasizing partner recruiting Coordinate candidate interviews, including: Scheduling Communications with candidates and search firms Interview logistics Preparation of interview follow-up materials Support due diligence and hiring steps, including: Background checks and reference checks Conflicts communications Offer letters Regret communications Assist with lateral attorney sourcing and market research using LinkedIn , Leopard List , and other resources to identify candidates and monitor legal recruiting trends Maintain candidate data in viRecruit , track recruiting activity, and prepare hiring reports and other recruiting metrics Support lateral attorney onboarding and integration Contribute to administrative projects and other initiatives within the Lawyer Talent Acquisition team Requirements Prior administrative experience in a law firm or other professional services environment (required); attorney recruiting experience (preferred) Understanding of the attorney recruiting lifecycle with the ability to support multiple stages of the hiring process Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the professionalism to work effectively with attorneys, candidates, search firms, and internal stakeholders Microsoft Office proficiency; viRecruit experience strongly preferred Service-oriented team player with sound judgment and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment Location New York, NY (onsite) Salary USD 63,000 - 68,000 per year Tools & Technologies Microsoft Office viRecruit LinkedIn Leopard List #J-18808-Ljbffr Wisnik Career Enterprises, Inc.
