Referral Coordinator & Patient Access Advocate

Rochester General Hospital on the Riedman Campus in Rochester, NY is seeking a Referral Coordinator, Prior Authorization to deliver outstanding customer service to patients, providers and payers. You will serve as the first point of contact to coordinate services, refer and schedule appointments, and prepare patients for their visits.
In this role, you will collaborate with physician offices and clinical teams, use EMR systems to register patients and respond to inquiries, and manage patient
