PATIENT EXPERIENCE Professionally greet & assist patients at the front desk of assigned clinical department. Consistently demonstrate concern and courtesy for colleagues and patients, following up with individuals to ensure satisfaction with the level of service expected. PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately gather/update patient accounts. Resolve patient inquiries and concerns and/or provide support in connecting patients to department or party who can provide resolution.
